1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and takabaj ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and features available at takabaj. By creating an account, accessing the website, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

takabaj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use a takabaj account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. takabaj enforces a strict minimum age policy and conducts age verification as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be immediately closed and any funds returned to the registered payment method.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Registrations made by automated systems, bots, or on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must not be excluded from gambling services — whether via our own self-exclusion tool, a court order, or any other legally mandated restriction applicable in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Accuracy of Information

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal request, takabaj requires all players to complete identity verification. You will be asked to submit a clear copy of a government-issued photo identification document — such as your National ID card or passport — along with proof of your registered payment method. KYC verification is conducted to prevent underage gambling, fraud, money laundering, and multiple-account abuse. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in your account being restricted until verification is satisfactorily concluded.

4.2 Deposits

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your takabaj account balance instantly in most cases. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by takabaj, though your chosen payment provider may apply their own transaction limits. takabaj does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within the same business day for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad) during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit to your account — this is an anti-money-laundering requirement that takabaj enforces strictly.

takabaj reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or that are flagged by our anti-fraud systems. Such requests do not constitute an accusation of wrongdoing and are a routine part of our compliance obligations.

4.4 Currency

All player balances, wagers, bonuses, and payouts on takabaj are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If your payment method operates in a different currency, your bank or payment provider will apply the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. takabaj is not responsible for exchange rate losses.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

takabaj periodically offers bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion alongside these general bonus rules.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from free spins are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. As a general guide, standard welcome bonuses on takabaj carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount. You must complete all wagering within the promotional validity period, which is specified per promotion; incomplete wagering at expiry results in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are generally available to eligible players who have made a qualifying deposit within the promotional period. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are restricted to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim multiple instances of the same bonus using different accounts is a form of bonus abuse and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5.3 Eligible Games

Not all games on the takabaj platform contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirements. Slots from providers such as Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming typically contribute 100% toward wagering. Live casino games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10% or less). Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms. Bets placed on games that contribute 0% to wagering will not count toward satisfying a bonus wagering requirement.

5.4 Abuse and Exploitation

takabaj operates automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, hedging bets across multiple outcomes to reduce variance during a bonus cycle, and coordinated multi-account abuse. Where abuse is identified, takabaj reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account pending investigation.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using takabaj, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following activities are expressly prohibited on the platform:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another individual without their explicit consent and knowledge.
• Using any automated device, script, bot, spider, scraper, or any other automated mechanism to access, interact with, or extract data from takabaj without prior written authorisation.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to sharing cards, sharing information in live games, or coordinating bets to guarantee outcomes.
• Using takabaj for any money laundering activity or for the movement of funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious financial activity is reported to relevant authorities in accordance with our compliance obligations.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with any part of the takabaj platform, its games, or its infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward other players or toward takabaj staff in any support channel.
• Providing false identification documents during the KYC process or at any other stage of account verification.

takabaj reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, withholding of funds pending investigation, and referral to law enforcement authorities where required.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the takabaj platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and brand identifiers — is the intellectual property of takabaj or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from takabaj without prior written permission from us. Unauthorised use of takabaj intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and could constitute a criminal offence.

All trademarks and intellectual property rights in those games remain the property of the respective studios. takabaj does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your takabaj account at any time by contacting support@takabaj. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be settled to your verified payment method. Real-money balances remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method following identity verification, provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.

8.2 Closure by takabaj

takabaj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• We have reasonable grounds to believe that an account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• A player is found to be under the age of 18.
• A player has self-excluded and subsequently attempts to re-register or access the platform.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.
• An account has been inactive for a continuous period of 24 months and holds no remaining balance.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

8.5 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to our customer support team at support@takabaj for informal resolution. We are committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly, with a target initial response time of four hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6). If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal proceedings.

8.6 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.

8.7 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and takabaj with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter herein. No oral or written representation made outside of these documents shall be binding on takabaj unless confirmed in writing by an authorised representative.
